Reporting performance
As a registered provider, we must let our tenants know how well we are performing when it comes to delivering services to you. This includes things like how satisfied you are with our service, how well we are performing against our targets for completing repairs, the number and nature of complaints we receive... and so on.
We continuously monitor our performance, set targets for how we want to improve and compare ourselves to other similar registered providers.
