Our private rental homes range from one bedroom flats to family homes and are ideal for working households who do not qualify for social housing but cannot afford to buy.
How to get a home
Our properties are advertised with some of the UKs market leading agents and will be available to view through Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market and other mainstream sites. Satisfactory credit checks and references will be required.
What type of agreement will I be given?
With all of our properties through the Private Rented Scheme you will be given an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement for an initial period of 6 months.
Is the private rented sector for me?
To qualify for a property, you will need to be in employment, be able to pay a deposit and ensure that your monthly rent payments can be completed via Direct Debit. We will carry out a credit check and seek references.
We will also take a deposit, which is usually one months’ rent. This will be held in a separate account and handed back to you at the end of your tenancy as long as the property is still in the same condition as it was when you moved in.
