Do you feel passionate about your rights as a tenant? Would you like to have more of a say in the way your landlord delivers services to you?
If so, we'd like to hear from you!
We're launching our first ever customer scrutiny panel and we're looking for tenants to join it.
The panel will be made up of around ten tenants who will meet (virtually or in person) four times a year to look at what we do and how we do it. Their job will be to represent the views of tenants in their area and across the UK and to help us improve services for all. They will have the chance to look at things like customer service, repairs, the way we handle complaints, communication... and anything else they think is important for tenants.
They will report their findings to the Mears Living Board and we will publish their findings on this website for all tenants to see.
We're recruiting now and, if you are interested, you can find out more about what's involved and how to apply here.
The deadline for applications has been extended to 26th March.
