Mears Living is the new name for the organisation that provides housing management services on behalf of Plexus, Omega Housing and Mears Housing Management Ltd.
Our new brand, which we launched on 19th October 2020, aims to make it easier for our customers to understand who we are, what we do and what they can expect from us. It also marks a step change in the way we deliver services to customers – not least in the way we communicate with and involve tenants in our business.
It doesn’t mean there will be any change to tenancy agreements, rents or the usual services tenants can expect from us.
